Welcome to Cruzr (“Cruzr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cruzr mobile application, website, and related services.
By using Cruzr, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Cruzr.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Cruzr with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Post defamatory, hateful, or illegal content
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to Cruzr systems
- Spam or manipulate community discussions
- Impersonate another individual or organization
- Use automated tools to scrape or misuse Cruzr without permission
4. Community Content
Users may submit:

- Comments
- Reviews
- Images
- Other community content
You retain ownership of the content you create.
By posting content on Cruzr, you grant Cruzr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
5. AI-Generated Content
Cruzr uses artificial intelligence to provide cruise-related information and recommendations.
AI responses:
- May contain inaccuracies
- May become outdated
- Should not be considered professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice
Users should verify important information directly with the applicable cruise line, excursion provider, or travel supplier before making decisions.
Cruzr is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Cruise Information
Cruise schedules, itineraries, pricing, policies, and onboard offerings may change without notice.
Although Cruzr strives to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.
Always verify details directly with the cruise line before travel.
7. Affiliate Relationships
Cruzr may earn commissions through affiliate partnerships.
Recommendations may include affiliate links for:
- Shore excursions
- Travel experiences
- Cruise-related products
- Other travel services
Using these links does not increase your purchase price.
Affiliate relationships do not determine our commitment to providing relevant recommendations.
8. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are offered through recurring subscriptions managed by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store.
Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Cruzr does not process subscription payments directly.
9. Intellectual Property
The Cruzr name, branding, logos, software, design, and original content are the property of Cruzr unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Cruzr content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Cruzr integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Firebase
- OpenAI
- RevenueCat
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
- YouTube
- Viator
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cruzr is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruzr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruzr and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Travel disruptions
- Booking errors
- Missed departures
- Changes made by cruise lines or excursion providers
Your use of Cruzr is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruzr from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or interfere with the operation or safety of the Service.

Continued use of Cruzr after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
